- Boyle Point Regional Park. A 125 hectare park best known for its jagged cliffs and bluffs, wildlife sightings, hiking and marine views. There is a 1.5 kilometre hiking trail leading hikers to the top of a bluff. Once at the viewpoint the whole south of the island opens up with views of Baynes Sound, Gravelly Bay and the Chrome Island Lighthouse.

- Fillongley Provincial Park. A 23 hectare park protects old growth Douglas Fir and Red Cedar trees, the Little George Creek which is a salmon spawning river and the remains of a pioneer home left behind by the original owners of the land. Some of the activities enjoyed in the park include hiking, picnicking, sightseeing, kayaking, camping and horseback riding.

- Sandy Island Park. An 18 hectare island park known as Tree Island by some. Established in 1966 the Sandy Island Marine Provincial Park has become a refuge for birdwatchers, wildflowers and kayakers. The park protects over 140 species of wildflowers, is a haven for sea birds and includes some beautiful sandy beaches. [ more information ]

- Longbeak Point. Sea shells and sand dollars
decorate this north end spit on Denman Island. Longbeak Point is surrounded by, mostly, shallow waters and at low tides one can walk out
to the island. Shorebirds and marine life inhabit the
area. Prime bird watching territory.
